Belova to its talented team of professionals as Assistant Vice President. A former Vice President with the New York City Economic Development Corporation (NYCEDC), Ms. Belova will head Praedium's Investor Relations operations. Russ Appel, president of The Praedium Group, made the announcement."Larissa is a perfect complement to our team of investment professionals as she brings a wealth of experience in real estate, financial analysis, business development and investor relations," said Mr. Appel.
She has held positions at some of the most prestigious real estate corporations in the country, and we are pleased to have her join us."In her role as Assistant Vice President of Investor Relations, Ms. Belova will be responsible for investor and external communications, marketing, and public relations.Prior to joining Praedium, Ms. Belova served as a Vice President and Portfolio Manager with NYCEDC where she oversaw a portfolio of commercial properties. Before her tenure with NYCEDC, she was a Vice President with Lexington Realty Trust (NYSE: LXP), where she executed acquisitions, sales and financing transactions, and helped expand the company's joint venture programs.Ms. Belova earned a Master of Science degree in Real Estate Development from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government from Dartmouth College. She is an active member of the Association of Real Estate Women; the Risk Management Association of New York; and the Urban Land Institute.
