Among the bowlers, Indian leggie Amit Mishra has been rewarded for his 11 wickets in the series with a jump of 108 places which has put him in the 65th position while Andre Russell, who took eight wickets, has rocketed 85 positions to the 127th spot.
Indian off-spinner Harbhajan Singh has moved up six places to 11th position after taking four wickets while fast bowlers Praveen Kumar and Munaf Patel have improved their positions by four places each to claim the 25th and 27th spots respectively.
India has retained its second position in the team rankings but its lead over third-placed Sri Lanka has been trimmed to just one ratings point after it conceded two ratings points in the 3-2 series win.
In contrast, the West Indies has gained five ratings points, which has put it on 77, ten points clear of ninth-placed Bangladesh.
