100 days to Heaven july 19 Scott said this group for years has had a self-imposed 19-inch limit tokeep flounder even when previous limits allowed for smaller fish.Scott said it was an "amazing" weekend, hot with fish and with great weather and cool breezes, mid-day high tides and no bugs. She said everyone caught fish if they went were they were guided.She said the Cecchine family went fishing and took Zuke, a year-old goldendoodle.


The dog proceeded to eat all the minnows they took for bait, but they caught a keeper flounder anyway with a Gulp.More flounder funAnother group of regulars comes down from Philadelphia on Mondays. John Nardini, Ron Aita and Mario Raffa use nothing but natural baits, such as minnows and mackerel, and reject the artificials.Joe LoPane reported from Up The Creek Marina in Absecon that flounder lurk in the stakes off Absecon Creek, at Crosstides, Broad Creek and the Intracoastal Waterway and in Absecon Inlet off Harrah's.Mary Young of Franklinville caught a 7.3-pound flounder while fishing with fiance Rick Stevens. LoPane said the fish was only 27 inches but was really thick. They also had six other keepers.
